"The noise that is plaguing us disappears during daylight hours and so
we will not look for another QTH."
"All QSL card requests for AS-140 should go to G3KHZ. This includes QSOs with S21ED, S21TV and S21ZDC."
"It's practically impossible to operate from the current location because of the high noise level (up to S9).
We will look for another place on Bhola island tomorrow."
The activity started with the S21ED and S21TV callsigns.
S21ZDC will become active on 13th October.
G3KHZ, SM6CVX, G4EDG, DL6KVA + S21ED and S21TV will activate Bhola & St Martins islands.
The two Bangladesh IOTAs are rare.
AS-140 has not been activated since 2005 (claimed by 10.6%)
AS-127 has not been activated since 2011 (claimed by 13.4%)
We have timed the Dxpedition so that, hopefully, by mid-October the Monsoon season will have ended. Our team from Europe are veterans of many successful DXpeditions, in particular the many island IOTAs of Papua New Guinea.
